SCIENCE BEHIND BAKING

We have developed a mini curriculum of six lessons to inform students about the science behind baking. Our target audience is 4th through 7th graders. Each of these lessons includes a science guide explaining concepts ranging from everything about chocolate to caramelization. They also include an easy-to-follow recipe and video that goes along with the science concepts.
